**Main Accountabilities**

Conducts training programs for administration, middle management and front line employees. Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.

Keeps up with and applies the latest teaching techniques to a corporate training environment Works to keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees.

Ensures that all training materials and programs are compliant with laws and regulations governing the industry.

Developing and delivering training solutions (online & offline) that meets specific business needs

Identify, implement and monitor development activities to enhance performance. Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure alignment of training with business needs and employees skills.

Prepare and update employee competency matrix and evaluate employees through PMS.

Prepare annual and monthly training calendar. Develop and Manage training budget, training cost calculation and MIS preparation.

Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for external training. Administration of training facilities and venues of training.

Facilitate pre and post training activities - logistics, tracking, material production, responding to training query etc.

Conduct various employee surveys pan India.

Plan and conduct OBT and other employee engagement activities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
