**Job Summary**:
The Nursing Administrator oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of nursing education and training within the hospital academy. This role combines clinical knowledge with administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality training for nursing and allied health students, while also managing daily operations, academic schedules, and compliance with institutional standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and mentor nursing tutors and students in both classroom and clinical settings.
- Coordinate academic schedules, practical training rotations, and examination timetables.
- Develop, review, and update nursing curriculum in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with nursing education guidelines set by medical councils or boards.
- Organize workshops, guest lectures, and continuing education programs.
- Liaise with hospital departments for clinical postings and training support.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments of teaching and training quality.
- Manage student admissions, disciplinary actions, and academic counseling when needed.
- Collaborate with the academy head and hospital management for strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc or M.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching or nursing education.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and academic coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with hospital-based training and accreditation standards.
