Dialysis Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dialysis Procedures**:

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines for patients.
- Monitor patients closely before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety measures

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Clean, sterilize, and maintain dialysis machines and other related equipment.
- Conduct routine checks and report any malfunctions to the appropriate authorities.

**Patient Care**:

- Educate patients on dialysis procedures and provide guidance on post-treatment care.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families throughout the dialysis process.

**Ward Duties**:

- Assist nursing staff in monitoring vital signs, preparing patient beds, and providing hygiene support.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and assist with administrative tasks.

**Support in ICU and OPD**:

- Provide assistance in the ICU by helping with patient monitoring and basic care tasks.
- Offer support in the OPD, including assisting in patient preparation, assisting doctors, and ensuring smooth patient flow.

**Work Hours**:

- Rotational shifts based on hospital needs. Flexibility required for additional hours, including night shifts or on-call duties in the ICU and OPD.

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary, including overtime for extra hours worked, based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
