**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Subject Matter Expert who has deep domain expertise in [e.g., home inspection, pricing strategy, customer operations], driving quality, accuracy, and excellence. You'll collaborate with teams across locations, verticals and training—ensuring our practices reflect the highest standards and serve both customers and stakeholders effectively.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as Opendoor’s go-to expert for Market Ops
- Develop, review, and validate technical documents, policies, training materials, and SOPs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure domain integrity and alignment
- Lead or support training sessions, workshops, and internal enablement programs
- Audit real-world operations (e.g., home assessments) and coach teams
- Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and drive implementation
- Monitor regulatory or market changes and adjust Opendoor’s practices accordingly
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing
