**Job description**

We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert to join our team and help us develop innovative solutions to complex problems. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of topics, and you will play a key role in helping us to achieve our goals. **Subject Matter Expert Duties**:

- Performs advanced and complex tasks
- Managed projects from start to finish, including research, development, design, testing, implementation, and operation
- Provides vision and leadership for functional area/department
- Ensures compliance with all current, relevant, and applicable laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines (internal/external)
- Applies extensive knowledge of relevant field to solve unique problems
- Takes ownership of work
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
- Ability to effectively manage time, workload, and priorities
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Succeeding in role requires deep expertise of the job function

**Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical and operational support to field operations teams, including installation, operation and maintenance of technical system components
- Develop, prepare, and present training material, including presentation materials, videos, and Telepresence
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure proper service levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
