**JOB TITLE**:Subject Matter Expert**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze financial statements of prospective vendors, clients, and JV partners, and provide risk conclusions on their financial strength.
- Ensure all Due Diligence is conducted and FDD reports are delivered within the agreed timelines.
- Actively participate in the FDD process improvement.
- Verify FDD metrics, present them accurately, and provide support as needed.
- Undertake special projects as they arise, stabilize the process, and implement necessary improvements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide timely information and support, including the preparation of schedules and supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit the monthly MIS report to the corporate office.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & SKILLS**:

- Semi qualified Chartered Accountant / ICWA (Cost Accountant) / Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance is recommended.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a financial accountant or similar is recommended.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Advanced level on Microsoft Office (Excel - Pivot Tables, Word and PowerPoint).
- Adherence to deadlines to work on own initiative a requirement.
- Technical accounting knowledge in Oracle fusion.
- Works effectively under pressure.
