**Location**: Onsite (Chennai/Adyar)

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop accurate and engaging academic content such as:

- Concept explanations
- Practice questions (MCQs, long answers, etc.)
- Detailed solutions with step-by-step explanations
- Review and edit content created by other team members
- Collaborate with the instructional design, animation, and media teams for educational video development
- Stay updated with syllabus changes and exam patterns

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in content creation or teaching is a plus
- Excellent written communication in English
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Docs, Sheets, LMS)

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of NCERT and other academic boards
- Experience with edtech platforms is a bonus
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Commitment to deadlines and quality
