As the Last Mile Delivery Manager at Egreens Farms Pvt. Ltd, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of our farm-fresh produce to our customers' doorsteps. You will oversee the last mile delivery operations, manage a team of delivery personnel, and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of delivery drivers and associates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team members are equipped to meet delivery targets and uphold service standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.
- **Delivery Operations**:

- Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules, considering factors such as order volumes, delivery locations, and vehicle capacity.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery rate, delivery accuracy, and customer feedback.
- Implement measures to optimize delivery operations, minimize delivery times, and reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
- **Route Optimization**:

- Utilize route optimization software and geographical data to plan efficient delivery routes.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust delivery routes based on traffic conditions, customer preferences, and delivery priorities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline routes, reduce mileage, and improve fuel efficiency to achieve sustainability goals.
- **Customer Service**:

- Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve delivery-related issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to address concerns and improve service quality.
- Ensure that delivery personnel maintain professionalism, courtesy, and adherence to delivery instructions during customer interactions.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure they are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines among delivery team members.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and licensing requirements for last mile delivery operations and ensure compliance at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in last mile delivery operations management or similar roles, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in route planning software, GPS navigation systems, and delivery management platforms.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
