About the role:

- You will be responsible for the production and development of designs to be posted online regularly on the social platforms of Uncle Delivery.
- You are also required to be adept at the trending new formats that are widely used on different social media handles.
- Your work will also involve other projects including visualization and creation of illustrations, infographics, layouts, templates and so on.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and work closely with the copywriting team to execute graphic & visual imagery.
- Analyze visual trends and competitor posts to create relevant templates for the company accounts.
- Create aesthetically and visually appealing designs for multiple channels i.e. print, social media, web, digital ads and app.
- Define visual requirements and review the works of partnering stakeholders and agencies.
- Work methodically on feedback and amend layouts as per the reviews to produce the final artwork.
- Ensure designs meet organizational standards and achieve business goals set from time to time.
- Conceptualize and illustrate visuals by designing options of layouts, element arrangement, size, type, color, font, imagery and style.
- Propose solutions to improve design capabilities.
- Liaise with external creative agencies, vendors, copy partners and other departments for the completion of design deliverables.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or social media design development.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design or a similar field/discipline.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign, and other graphic design software as applicable.
- Have a strong creative flair to translate briefs into design communication of the brand.
- Compelling workfolio with a wide range of examples of proven experience in advertising/digital marketing/branding agencies
- A strong understanding of visual storytelling and an excellent eye for detail, visual composition and design aesthetics and the ability to bring ideas to life and take the brief to another level with his/her visual representation.
