**Role & responsibilities**
- Provide advice on patent prosecution strategies;
- Draft responses to Examination Reports / Hearing Notices, and propose claim amendments to overcome the objections raised therein;
- Attend Hearings before the Controllers of IPO;
- Conduct freedom-to-operate (FTO) search and provide FTO opinion;
- Conduct prior art search and provide patentability opinion;
- (Not mandatory, but preferable) Draft full patent specification (i.e., abstract, description, claims and drawings).
