Job**:IT Admin**

Job Descriptions:
**Responsibilities**:
**General Administrative Tasks**:
Greet visitors and assist as needed.

Maintain a neat and organized office environment.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:
Manage and coordinate executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings.

Arrange travel and accommodations for team members as required.

**Document Handling**:
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.

**Office Supplies and Equipment**:
Monitor and order office supplies.

Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.

**Team Support**:
Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient communication and workflow.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or relevant coursework is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
Standard office hours with occasional flexibility.

Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)
