**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: Sap Native Hana admin

Experience: 4-8 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain SAP HANA systems, including system landscape design, sizing, and capacity planning.
- Perform system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance and availability of SAP HANA databases.
- Manage user access, security policies, and authorizations within SAP HANA environments.
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor and optimize data replication, data loading, and data provisioning processes in SAP HANA.
- Implement and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for SAP HANA systems.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as required.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for SAP HANA administration.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HANA features, enhancements, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Native HANA administration.
- Proficiency in SAP HANA installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Experience with SAP HANA database backup and recovery strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA security concepts, user management, and authorizations.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP HANA environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- SAP HANA certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Basis administration and SAP technologies (such as BW/4HANA, S/4HANA) is desirable.
