**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, fabricators, and project managers to ensure design feasibility, compliance, and integration with overall building systems.
- Optimize designs for manufacturing through extrusion, machining, and assembly processes.
- Maintain and manage a library of standard aluminum profiles, accessories, and assemblies tailored for architectural use.
- Provide support in prototyping, performance testing (e.g., wind load, water tightness), and design iteration.
- Generate accurate documentation including fabrication drawings, BOMs, installation manuals, and specification sheets.
- Stay informed about industry standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, ISO) and trends in sustainable building materials and systems.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience designing aluminum extrusion profiles and framing systems used in building and architectural systems.
- Advanced CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with modular framing systems, including T-slot profiles and custom architectural extrusions.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in curtain wall, façade, or glazing system design.
- Knowledge of FEA or structural simulation tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including architects and contractors.
- Understanding of LEED or green building certification requirements as related to materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹12,664.71 - ₹35,000.00 per month
