**Program Management Skills -**
- Preparing the draft Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) and share it with PMs
- Assist Program Managers in Project planning and execution
- Reporting - Project Status, SLAs
- IT Operations and Service Operations
- Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for Project activities
- Prepare the draft monthly billing draft SOPs / documentation
- Systems Development / Implementation & Support
- Transition / Transformation Management
- Process Consultancy and Improvement
- Project Initiation, Project Planning & Project Execution
- Team / People Management, Resource planning
- Assist PMs in conducting the FTE weekly connects
- Involved in preparing SOW, Project Plan, participating in proposals, Scoping, Project Estimations, Resource Loading, Risk Management, Task delegation, Schedules, tracking status, Project cost/Effort tracker.
- Handling Change request in Project Management
- Conducting instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
- Maintain Project documentation and course folders, SLA and PMS.
- Budgeting, Planning and execution of time framed activities.
- Provide platforms and activities that enhance the last mile learning process.
- Handling creative team, professional trainers and vendors for specialized and customized programs.
- Compilation of Feedbacks of trainings and submission of reports on training impacts.
- Pro-actively report to senior management on all technical issues relevant to their area of responsibility

**Skills Required**:

- Should possess bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / IT or BCA, BscIT, MCA or other affiliated courses.
- Good at communication skills (written and spoken)
