Job Title: Business Analyst (Land)

Job Location: Jaipur Experience: 4+ Years

Reporting to: Senior Vice President (Legal & Land)

CTC : 6 LPA (+ other benefits)

How can you make an Impact?
- Product analysis, evaluation, recommendation & preparing summary reports & presentations.
- Sourcing of land, land visits, measurement, wire fencing, liaison with patwari tehsildar & other regulatory body.
- Coordination with landowners, conducting land meetings, maintain land minutes, following up on leads for making commercial offers.
- To create a pool of brokers, municipal architects, advocates, consultants etc.
- Maintain byelaws, master plans, khasra plans of different locations.
