**Job Title**: Executive / Officer - Land Revenue & Compliance
**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan
**Department**: Land & Legal
**Reports To**: Head - Land Revenue & Compliance
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years in land acquisition and compliance in real estate
**Qualification: Graduate in Law/Commerce/Arts (with exposure to land revenue work)**

**Budget: 4LPA to 8LPA**

**Job Purpose**:
To support the land acquisition and compliance team by handling day-to-day operations such as land record verification, documentation, and liaison with government authorities for revenue and compliance matters.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining land records including Khasra, Khatauni, Jamabandi, and Mutation.
- Support land acquisition due diligence and documentation.
- Follow up with government offices (Patwari, Tehsildar, UDH, Municipality, etc.) for approvals and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain records related to RERA, UDH, and other real estate regulations.
- Support senior team members in land conversion, demarcation, and zoning approvals.
- Maintain updated compliance trackers, MIS, and documentation for internal and statutory purposes.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day land-related issues and coordination with stakeholders.

**Key Competencies**
- Basic knowledge of land revenue processes, mutation, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and liaisoning skills with local authorities.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping ability.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of land acquisition and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
