An Inventory Manager is a professional who oversees the inventory levels of businesses. They lead a team to receive and record new stock as it's delivered or shipped out by analyzing different suppliers, recording daily deliveries and evaluating new shipments.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate product inventory for clients
- Develop an inventory tracking system to streamline our business operations
- Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues
- Report on inventory activities and variances
- Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
- Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
- Arrange transportation.
- Verify Party name, Product, Amount, Freight, billing and shipping address, etc from last bills.
- Arranges shipments(Export also) by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.
- Ensure shipment will reach on time if not inform respective department.
- Lookafter packing work on daily basis with deadlines and after checking the last packaging or as per client need.
- Check each and every shipment after packaging to ensure the client's needs are according to the checklist.
- Forward all details required for bill creation to accounts and verify the final bill.
- Printing of address, Envelops.
- Generate E Waybill if required.
- Tracking shipment which has been dispatched.
- Check all the bills received from the transporter and courier person.
- Assist in Purchase/Import as required
- Deal with Logistics for Frieght for Air and Sea.
- Maintain Physical file of PO, PI, Tax Invoice, Builty, docket, LR, etc.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Inventory training an asset
- Nice to have knowldege of unicommerce software for inventory management

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
