**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle of IT hardware products, including servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and accessories.
- Develop and implement inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking, minimize discrepancies, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels based on demand forecasts and market trends specific to IT hardware.
- Utilize sales data, market analysis, and customer feedback to forecast demand for IT hardware products.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop inventory plans aligned with sales forecasts and product release schedules.
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete hardware products and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover.
- Implement measures to minimize excess and obsolete inventory through promotions, markdowns, or alternative sales channels.
- Manage relationships with hardware suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT hardware products and components.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize inventory costs while maintaining product quality and availability.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align inventory management strategies with overall business goals, particularly focusing on hardware product lines.
- Provide regular updates and reports on hardware inventory performance, trends, and forecasts to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in inventory management processes specific to IT hardware products.
- Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to enhance hardware inventory visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BA, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management within the IT hardware product management industry.**:

- Strong understanding of IT hardware products, including servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and accessories.
- **Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis**.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
