Tactical Planner

- Your key responsibilities:

- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- The Tactical Planner drives and manages the Master Production Schedule for the tactical horizon (3/4-24 months) ensuring capacity & resources are in place to support agreed demand plan to satisfy the Customer requirements and to keep the inventory at the next handover point of the supply chain at the agreed target level. In essence the role is responsible for the service to customers ensuring the availability, in terms of date and quantity, of the shipping items to the next point of supply.
- Establishes optimal master production schedule for the tactical horizon from month 3/4 to 24 months, including: Production volumes based on demand, rough cut capacity analysis, resources allocation resulting in anticipated operational costs and inventory levels
- Responsible for the capacity and resources planning for the whole production unit for the tactical horizon based on demonstrated capabilities or reasonable assumptions and owns the load profile proposed and approved in the Supply review. Aligns Master Production Schedule (MPS) to the production plan approved in S&OP
- Ensures right level of SKU Inventories at the next point of the supply chain including Regulatory Compliance Check. Owns planning parameters in ERP System like MOQ, campaign size, product segmentation.
- Confirms supply orders, firmed production orders at the entry point of the time fence. Leads action plans to achieve supply performance target and drive for continuous improvement. Drives increase of vendor managed inventory.
- Manages supply KPI reporting and analysis. Acts as Super for user for SAP and Rapid Response

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Educational background: University Degree (B.Sc.) in Technical, Economics, Logistics, or other area
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in SCM, procurement, manufacturing, or similar positions is preferred.
- Knowledge transfer to associates. Participation in all training relevant to the position, maintenance of the relevant training evidence.
- Responsibility for personal and professional development. Other tasks determined during the objectives setting process and by KPIs. other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.
- Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit. Ensure all activities in compliance with cGxP, including data integrity. Advancing and maintaining an HSE-compliant environment.
