- Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including daily operations and listing..
- Upload and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Handle order processing, fulfillment coordination, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or vendors for stock updates.
- Analyze website performance and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with customer support and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, discount codes, and promotional banners on Shopify.
- Ensure product categorization and tagging is consistent and optimized for search.
- Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically on Shopify.
- Strong understanding of product listing, order management, and Shopify ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce tools for reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
