**Job Title**: IT Sales Executive (1-4 Years’ Experience)
**Location**: Work from Home (CST Shift Hours)

**About the Role**:
We are a US-based IT company seeking motivated and polite IT Sales Executives specializing in web technologies. You will drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a remote role requiring excellent communication, follow-up skills, and a passion for IT sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their IT needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide timely follow-ups and address post-sales concerns to ensure high client retention.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- 1-4 years’ experience in IT sales with proven follow-up and lead generation abilities.
- Strong communication skills; polite, soft-spoken, and customer-focused.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to expanding knowledge in the IT sector.
- Able to work efficiently from home during CST shift hours.
