**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive **Sales Executive / Telecaller** to support our sales efforts. The role involves generating new business opportunities through phone calls, following up with leads, and coordinating with the field sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Giriraj Flexipack’s products and services.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads; maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines).
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B sales (preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
