**Job Title: Sales Executive**

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.

4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and industry trends.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity.

**Performance Metrics**:
1. Sales revenue growth

2. New business acquisition

3. Customer satisfaction and retention

4. Sales pipeline management

5. Meeting or exceeding sales targets

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2. Proven sales experience (2+ years) in a similar industry

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

6. Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office
