**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate projects.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and financing options.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
- Send bulk messages through respective platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Basic understanding of real estate market trends and property types.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and similar.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
