**Job Title: Electric Vehicle Technician (Two-Wheeler)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnosis and Repair**: Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electric two-wheelers using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including battery checks, software updates, and system calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
- **Component Replacement**: Replace faulty components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and other electrical systems as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to customers, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures in an understandable manner.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough inspections and tests after repairs to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any recommendations for further action.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on the latest EV technologies, service techniques, and manufacturer specifications through continuous learning and training.

**Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using diagnostic tools, electrical schematics, and repair manuals specific to electric two-wheelers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and repair issues.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
