We think this is a great start to our exciting journey.We think this is a great start to our exciting journey.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician to support the development and prototyping of electric motorcycles. The role involves hands-on work in wiring harness installation, component integration, and troubleshooting of vehicle electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in automotive or motorcycle electrical systems, with strong wiring and diagnostics skills. This is a workshop-focused role supporting rapid development cycles.Key Responsibilities:Install and route low- and high-voltage wiring harnesses on EV motorcycle prototypes.Connect and secure electrical components such as:Battery packs, controllers, motors, relays, sensors, DC-DC converters, lighting systemsAssist engineers with prototype wiring, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.Perform continuity checks, voltage testing, insulation resistance, and circuit validation.Support CAN bus wiring, BMS signal routing, and ECU installation (if applicable).Help troubleshoot electrical faults using multimeters, diagnostic tools, and basic schematics.Ensure proper IP-rated sealing, EMI/EMC compliance, and cable management.Maintain wiring diagrams, build records, and workshop documentation.Required Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.2–4 years of experience in vehicle/motorcycle electrical systems or harness installation.Skilled in harness building, connector assembly, soldering, and crimping.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Familiarity with multimeters, power supplies, insulation testers, and basic diagnostic tools.Basic understanding of EV electrical architecture and safety precautions.Preferred Skills:Experience with high-voltage EV systems (48V, 72V, or higher).Exposure to CAN/LIN communication networks and diagnostic software.Familiarity with BMS systems, motor controllers, and vehicle power distribution.Prior work on electric scooters, motorcycles, or automotive prototype builds.Experience using basic tools to support mechanical assembly during integration.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving ability.Good communication and coordination with engineers and workshop teams.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Commitment to safety and cleanliness in electrical handling.
