Must have the ability to transfer information into sale.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive in new and existing markets.
- Spearhead the Sales & Business Development functions for Solar Product/Package Sales.
- Generate new leads, fix up meeting with potential clients, provide basic initial sales offers and convince the customers.
- Should be open to travelling.
- Must have excellent negotiation skills, while keeping the company image in mind at all times.
- Proficient in educating the potential clients about Solar Plants and its benefits.
- Meet Architects, Builders, Corporate clients and promote all product ranges.
- Should be goal oriented and meet company’s sales target.
- Prompt in providing after sales support.
- Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales. Provide/ organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- B.Tech in any stream.
- Prior Experience of 2 years is a must.
- Must be proficient in working with MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
