**Role Overview**:
As a **Patient Experience & Sales Coordinator**, you’ll be the first and most impactful touchpoint for our clients. You’ll guide patients through treatment options, coordinate their clinical journey, and influence decision-making in a consultative and ethical manner. You’re part relationship-builder, part treatment advisor, and part brand ambassador.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm, personalized welcome and ensure every patient interaction reflects our premium brand ethos
- Consult patients about treatment plans with clarity, compassion, and confidence
- Proactively follow up with leads from digital/clinic channels and convert them into walk-ins and paid cases
- Present financial options, EMI plans, and treatment benefits for premium procedures like aligners, veneers, whitening, and smile makeovers
- Track and achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets in collaboration with the clinic team
- Liaise with dentists and specialists to ensure smooth treatment coordination and scheduling along with understanding of treatment plans
- Handle high-value patients and VIP cases with discretion and professionalism
- Use CRM or PMS to log interactions, follow-ups, and patient feedback
- Support the marketing team in executing in-clinic campaigns and promotions
- Continuously seek feedback to improve patient journeys and increase lifetime value

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (background in Sales, Hospitality, Communication, or Healthcare preferred)
- 2+ years in patient coordination, client-facing sales, luxury wellness, or similar roles
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Professional appearance and confident body language
- High emotional intelligence and a service-first mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic dental terminology
- Comfortable working with targets and in a fast-paced, startup-style clinic environment

**Bonus If You Have**:

- Experience in cosmetic or aesthetic healthcare (dermatology, dental, or aligner clinics)
- Worked with tools like Phreesia, Practo Ray, SmileCloud, or dental CAD/CAM
- Exposure to social selling, DTC brands, or teleconsultation models
