**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:- Manage and optimize the organization's HubSpot account, ensuring proper configuration, integration with other systems, and data accuracy.-
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, including content creation, SEO optimization, and social media campaigns.-
- Implement landing pages, forms, and lead capture mechanisms to support lead generation efforts.-
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, user engagement, and lead conversion rates within the HubSpot platform.-
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on HubSpot best practices, tools, and features.-
- Work with sales teams to implement CRM strategies, lead scoring models, and sales automation processes.-
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement through personalized communications and targeted campaigns.-
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in the HubSpot ecosystem, continuously improving the organization's use of the platform.-
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to create visually appealing and effective marketing assets within HubSpot.-
- Troubleshoot issues related to HubSpot implementation, integrations, and data synchronization.- Participate in strategic discussions to align HubSpot initiatives with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).- HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification and HubSpot CRM Implementation Certification, are highly preferred.-
- Proven experience in utilizing HubSpot for marketing automation, lead generation, and customer relationship management.-
- Proficiency in designing and implementing inbound marketing strategies, SEO optimization, and content creation.-
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, and the ability to use insights to drive marketing decisions.-
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively.-
- Familiarity with CRM concepts, sales processes, and lead management.-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.-
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to HubSpot.- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic customization within HubSpot (a plus).
