**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to generate new membership leads and drive sales growth
- Clearly communicate membership benefits to walk-in clients and phone inquiries
- Maintain and regularly update the membership database to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Follow up with members to encourage timely renewals and continued engagement
- Promote fitness programs and services to increase participation and awareness
- Serve as a point of contact for customer coordination and support
- Recommend and upsell relevant services and products to enhance member engagement

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Greet and onboard new members, providing tours and introductory sessions as needed
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Track and report on membership trends, renewals, and cancellations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and special offers
- Assist in organizing events, challenges, or workshops to boost community engagement
- Monitor competitor offerings to stay updated on industry trends and improve service offerings
- Support front-desk operations during peak hours or staff shortages
- Ensure all promotional materials are up to date and displayed appropriately
- Provide input on strategies to improve membership acquisition and retention
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients

**Eligibility and Qualification**:

- Presentable and well-groomed
- **Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution**:

- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Exceptional interpersonal and people-handling skills
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and client satisfaction
- Confident, proactive, and approachable demeanor
- **Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) preferred**:

- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work Location: In person
