Our membership ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 for 3 months (without coaching). This isn’t a luxury space - we’re about hard work and raw strength, with every client embracing our hardcore, sustainable and barbell-focused approach. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Barbell Cartel, Whitefield. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients who resonate with our brand, driving membership growth, and ensuring that every new member is fully on board with our unique training philosophy. You’ll be expected to have in-depth knowledge of the barbell-based training approach we live by, allowing you to convey the value of our space confidently and authentically. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: A proven track record in fitness sales or similar environments. An understanding of strength training principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A no-nonsense approach to connecting with clients who value hard work over luxury. Responsibilities  Drive Membership Growth Actively engage with walk-ins, inbound calls, and online inquiries, identifying clients who are serious about strength and willing to commit to the Cartel way. Promote Our Philosophy: Share our barbell-focused, no-frills philosophy with prospective clients, ensuring that only those who align with our goals become members. Constant Learning & Growth: Stay sharp and continuously improve sales skills by reading books, listening to podcasts, and studying material from top sales leaders like Alex Hormozi. This role requires a dedication to self-development that matches the intensity we expect from our members in the gym. Self-Review and Analysis Record client conversations (with consent) to review, refine, and analyse sales techniques. Use these recordings to self-assess and discuss improvements with the team, aiming for a consistent, impactful approach in every interaction. Build Client Relationships Foster lasting connections with members by offering a personalised onboarding experience, guiding them through membership options, barbell training principles, and our pair-based coaching structure. Community Engagement Represent Barbell Cartel in the Whitefield community, connecting with like-minded individuals, organisations, and businesses to elevate our presence and attract potential members who value hardcore strength training. Maintain Knowledge and Integrity Keep up-to-date on our programs, training options, and promotions, as well as the latest trends in strength and barbell training through recording conversations, If you’re ready to push limits, build our community of strength-focused individuals, and help others discover the Cartel way, we’d love to hear from you
