Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Develop and Deliver Training Programs**:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, course materials, and curriculum for Java programming.
- Conduct training sessions (both classroom and online) on Java programming language, frameworks, and related technologies.
- **Assess and Evaluate**:

- Evaluate trainees' progress through assessments, quizzes, coding assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to trainees to enhance their learning and performance.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in Java programming and related technologies.
- Update training materials regularly to ensure they remain current and relevant.
- **Technical Support**:

- Assist trainees with coding issues and provide solutions during training sessions.
- Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Provide mentorship and career guidance to trainees.
- Assist in the professional development of trainees by identifying skill gaps and suggesting appropriate learning paths.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, including core concepts and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in using training tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot coding issues.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
