Job Title: Java Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging, informative, and interactive training sessions on Java programming, covering topics from core Java fundamentals to advanced concepts like multithreading, collections, and Java EE.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop, update, and customize training materials, including presentations, exercises, coding assignments, and quizzes to meet the needs of learners at various experience levels.
- **Hands-on Coding**: Provide students with hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and project work to reinforce key concepts, ensuring they gain practical programming experience.
- **Assessments and Feedback**: Regularly assess students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and coding challenges. Provide constructive feedback to help students enhance their skills.
- **Student Support**: Offer one-on-one assistance to students, answering technical queries and guiding them through challenging programming concepts or issues.
- **Course Updates**: Continuously improve and update training materials based on new Java technologies, industry best practices, and feedback from students.
- **Group Interaction**: Foster a collaborative learning environment by encouraging group discussions, peer coding, and problem-solving exercises.
- **Progress Tracking**: Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data. Ensure students achieve learning milestones and meet course objectives.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks (like Spring, Hibernate), and trends to ensure the training program remains relevant and cutting-edge.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex Java concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- **Java Tools & Technologies**: Proficiency in Java development tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, and JDK. Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
