**Position**: Banquet Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Banquet Executive is responsible for managing all banquet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of events, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role includes coordinating with various departments to meet the needs of guests and ensuring that all banquet setups, service standards, and event schedules are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing banquets, conferences, weddings, and other events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for events.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., kitchen, housekeeping, and front office) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Guest Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to guests attending the events, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Resolve any issues or complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring positive guest experiences.
- **Event Setup and Execution**:

- Oversee the setup of banquet rooms, ensuring they are arranged according to event specifications.
- Monitor the service flow during the event, ensuring that food, beverages, and service meet the hotel's high standards.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise and manage the banquet team during events, ensuring all staff are properly trained and perform their duties efficiently.
- Ensure that the staff adheres to service standards, dress codes, and safety guidelines.
- **Inventory and Equipment Management**:

- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of banquet equipment, linens, and other materials.
- Monitor inventory levels for banquet supplies and coordinate with the appropriate departments for timely replenishment.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Assist in promoting the hotel's banquet facilities and services to potential clients.
- Upsell additional services, products, or packages to enhance event offerings.
- **Financial Monitoring**:

- Assist in budget management for events, ensuring cost control while maintaining high service quality.
- Prepare and submit reports on event performance, client feedback, and financial results.
- **Post-Event Follow-Up**:

- Gather client feedback after events to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the proper cleanup and restoration of banquet areas after events.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event management or the hospitality industry, preferably in a banquet or catering role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and staff effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
- Basic understanding of event planning, food and beverage service, and banquet operations.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
