**Role Overview**
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in the customer acquisition process. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for understanding their needs, educating them about Vianaar properties, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel until handover to the Sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads based on client requirements and Vianaar’s property offerings.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on project availability, pricing, and positioning.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about current and upcoming Vianaar projects.
- Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure lead conversion.
- Manage and update CRM tools and databases (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Share weekly reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and client feedback.
- Assist in creating client communication templates, FAQs, and sales support materials.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric attitude.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and align offerings accordingly.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
