You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers- engaging, qualifying, and scheduling property visits while building a strong lead pipeline for the on-ground sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily outbound calls to prospects from campaigns, portals, and referrals. Qualify leads based on budget, location, and property preferences. Schedule and coordinate site visits for Relationship Associates. Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company’s services, available properties, and packages. Maintain lead history, notes, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth client journey.Candidate RequirementsGraduate (any stream); Real Estate experience preferred. 0–2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or pre-sales. Strong communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
