Job Description: Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Understand each Job Description and come up with creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients
- Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database and should have very good experience in hiring W2 and full time recruitments Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strings
- Familiarity with job boards, and VMS portals
- Ability to work at a fast pace and under the pressure of meeting hiring timeline

Stipend and Salary: We are offering Rs. 12,000/- to 15,000/- per month for the training period of Six months, once absorbed as Jr. US IT Recruiter on regular roles and the salary package will Rs. 1.80 Lacs to 2.25 Lacs CTC. All the selected Trainee has to sign training cum service bond for a period of 2 years six months with the organization we will be evaluating you through Aptitude test, Group Discussion and Personality Test Interview. We want to on-board the trainee batch at the earliest

Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹15,190.57 per month
