- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Should ensure to submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each of the requisition
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals Must have:

- He/she must have a good attitude
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high
- paced, changing the work environment
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal both.

**Role**: US IT Recruiter - Freshers/Trainees

**Location**: Hyderabad (Onsite)

**Time**: 6 PM - 3 AM IST- 5 Day a week (Monday - Friday)

**Salary** : 18K Per Month + Incentives + Benefits

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
