**Job Title: Surveyor - Power Distribution**

**Department: Engineering / Operations**

**Location: Jharkhand**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field surveys for overhead and underground power distribution systems.
- Collect spatial data using GPS, total stations, drones, and other surveying equipment.
- Prepare detailed site plans, maps, and drawings using CAD and GIS software.
- Collaborate with engineers and planners to ensure accurate design layouts.
- Identify right-of-way (ROW) issues, potential conflicts, and terrain challenges.
- Mark and document the location of existing utility infrastructure.
- Assist in planning for new distribution line installations or upgrades.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with local utility standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of survey results.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure alignment between design and field implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics.
- Minimum [3-5] years of field surveying experience, preferably in power distribution or utilities.
- Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Trimble, Leica).
- Knowledge of utility infrastructure, electrical distribution systems, and relevant safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, maps, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness for fieldwork in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to remote sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
