This job requires vibrant, energetic personality, good into CRM and Admin role, enthusiastic and flexible with variety of tasks, learning attitude, pro-active mindset, diligent to timelines/deadlines, with self-responsibility.

**Responsibilities**
- Have good knowledge in CRM (training will be provided for in
- house CRM Tool).
- Should have experience with basic Admin skills, English letter typing etc.
- **MUST SKILL** -**Should be able to use Coral Draw (Adobe Photoshop)
- Basic Level.**:

- **15% of role involves using Coral Draw, 50% CRM duties and remaining
- Admin duties.**:

- Should coordinate with production team and other stake holders.
- Have good knowledge in to customer service skills.
- Have good knowledge in to escalation and quire handle.
- Multi-tasking
- Pro-active, self-initiative, explorative
- Diligent to timeliness, following deadlines strictly
- Knowledge of General Business Practices
- Good in dealing with various team members, clients, vendors.
