**About the Role**:
Arena Animation Dadar is seeking a results-driven **Digital Marketing Expert** to lead and execute online marketing strategies to boost brand presence, generate leads, and engage with a young, creative audience. This role is ideal for someone who understands youth culture, digital trends, and the education-to-career journey in media and animation fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage performance marketing for lead generation (Search, Display, YouTube Ads)
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversions
- Strategically manage Arena Dadar's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and video assets
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools
- Monitor and optimize ad budgets and targeting for maximum ROI
- Plan monthly content calendars and engagement campaigns (giveaways, contests, reels)
- Build partnerships with influencers and student creators where relevant
- Collaborate with the counseling and academic team to align marketing with admissions goals
- Report weekly metrics and growth insights to the Center Director

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in running Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics
- Creative thinking with a pulse on trends in youth culture, animation, and edutainment
- Strong communication, project coordination, and reporting skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or education sector preferred)
- Experience with education lead gen, edtech, or creative institute branding is a bonus
