We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our door-to-door marketing team. As a Door-to-Door Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to potential customers in their homes or businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door visits to residential and commercial areas to introduce our products/services.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present product/service features and benefits persuasively, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Utilize sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, appointments, and sales made.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize sales approaches.
- Uphold company values and represent the brand positively in all interactions with customers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or door-to-door marketing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability.
