**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Communicating up to date accurate and relevant information regarding school, its programmes and related information.
- Monitoring requests for admission and following up on lead generation.
- Lead all aspects of school Admission & Marketing strategy & process, to include management of lead generation.
- To develop and implement a growth strategy and tactical business development plan that ensures attraction, recruitment and retention of students.
- Develops a network of alumni by identifying and training successful alumni willing to help recruit students; coordinating the network’s activities.
- Develops a profile of students attracted to the college by conducting research; interviewing applicants; designing questionnaires for current students; analyzing questionnaire results; conducting focus on IB groups.
- Evaluates recruitment techniques by determining the effectiveness of each recruitment technique used by admissions; discerning the appeal of admissions literature; defining the expectations of the GICLM.
- Actively adhering to and promoting the highest levels of client service standards throughout the process from initial enquiry to student enrolment.
- Ensuring lapses of Client service standards are appropriately reported in order to minimize their impact.
- Promoting enquiries to potential students ensuring maximum attendance and high rate of conversion to enrolment.
- Assessing eligibility of applicants for admission to preprimary/ primary /secondary and IBDP sections and referring them to relevant section.
- Liaising closely with Parents, teachers and admission team to ensure smooth and speedy admission decision.
- Generating and dispatching selection and rejection letters and record responses to these.
- Dealing professionally and sensitively with rejections appeals and funding queries. Assisting with market research and competitor analysis, identifying monitoring the activities of key competitors.
- To Check documents and correspondence of all student’s enrolments.
- Compile records of office activities and maintain a database system; update and maintain databases such as mailing lists and contact lists.
- Assist and advise the Board, School Director and Head of School (HoS) in matters of Marketing and sales requirements.
- Assist and advise the Board, School Director and Head of School to lead and manage change to allow the school to deal creatively and pragmatically with emerging challenges.
- Be proactive in the establishment of networks both within school Education and broader educational community.
- Assist and advise the Director, HoS and SLT in planning future needs in improvement of marketing & sales strategies.
- Ensuring the Safeguarding policies and procedures working with the designated SLT member.
- Be a leader that anchors and ensure that individual and school targets are discussed, monitored and met. Personal Skills and Qualities

- A thorough knowledge of current laws and regulations appertaining to school functioning with a view to continual updating in business development strategies; Strong analytical, problem solving, time management and organizational skills working to necessary deadlines and parameters;
- Impartiality of judgement with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community;
- Manage schedules and deadlines with a willingness to work irregular hours and on weekends when required;
- To maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail with quality assurance;
**Preferred Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Business studies, Marketing, PR or relative field;
- 6 + years of experience in a school or company with similar roles & responsibility;
- Current and complete understanding of Business Development, student counselling processes and practices according to the school norms
- Strong analytical skills and proven record of using data and research to support initiatives undertaken
