**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- The primary goal is to create high-impact and engaging e-learning content for General Awareness/Insurance Awareness for all Banking job exams in India.
- Working closely with Category Managers, SMEs in creating the most engaging content.
- Reviewing previously created content to ensure quality & Research exams patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams
- Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses based on research and feedback
- Interact with students to understand their needs, take feedback and resolve their academic queries.

**What we are looking for**:

- An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference to the education sector in India
- Must have qualified banking/insurance prelims/mains exam.
- Should have a strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things
- Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills
