**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easy-to-understand solutions for over 7.5 lakhs of users
- Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality
- Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses
- Analyse and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams
- Plan, develop and execute launch of new Test Series (or live tests), in coordination with Content Managers and other team members
- Analyse performance of content using high-end analytical tool, draw insights and improve content quality
- Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts
- Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content
- Write informative articles on various topics for Testbook's blog that will help students in their preparation

**What we are looking for**:

- Enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference to the education sector in India
- **Exams Appeared: 1) **SSC CGL. (Tier 1 & Tier 2) **2) **SSC CPO **3) **RRB NTPC (Appeared in CBT 2) **4) **AFCAT
- **Educational Qualification**:Any Graduate
- Should have strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things
- Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
- Prior experience in teaching and content development
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Good inter personal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
