Job Title: E-Commerce Teacher

Location: Udhna Darwaja

Salary Range: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering various e-commerce portals including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, etc.
- Conduct engaging offline classes to teach students about the fundamentals of e-commerce, including but not limited to product listing, inventory management, pricing strategies, customer service, and order fulfillment.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on activities, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their questions, concerns, and challenges related to e-commerce platforms.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new features, and best practices within the e-commerce domain, and integrate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to the development of educational resources and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience working in the e-commerce industry, with a strong understanding of major online marketplaces and their operations.
- Prior teaching or training experience, particularly in conducting offline classes, workshops, or seminars.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed in the field of e-commerce.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan and manage class schedules, assignments, and assessments.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and strategies based on the needs and learning styles of diverse student populations.
