- Bhosari and Chakan

Salary Range - 3.50 to 4.00 CTC PA

**Job Profile -**

Evaluate product non-conformances and recommend design modifications (to read

**Engineering Drawing**).

Making and Execution of production plan on the shop floor.

Responsible for Quality, Quantity and delivery of line production.

**Manpower planning & optimum utilization of resources.**

Ensure Production plan and Dispatch plan are met.

The **5’S implementation.**

Planning of preventive maintenance of Machine.

Ensure the discipline on the shop floor.

Inventory management on Shop floor.

Raw Material Scheduling.

To Prepare RM shearing Plan.

Knowledge of Ms-office, **ERP System**, Basic Auto-cad.

Prepare the production plan and raise the work order to shop floor.

Knowledge of **MIG welding.**

Knowledge of **Press Machine and Press tool**.

Knowledge of **ISO Documents (Production/Quality).**

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
