Responsibilities
  • Supervise press operations and manage a team of press operators.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of press equipment and initiate maintenance as necessary.
  • Train and develop press operators in proper techniques and safety practices.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a press supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of press operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the manufacturing industry.
