Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team, including welders, fitters, and helpers.
- Ensure that all fabrication work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production manager and other departments to optimize workflows and resolve any production issues.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in mild steel fabrication, with at least X years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metalworking processes, and fabrication equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Should have knowledge of ISO standards in Fabrication
