**Chief Financial Officer (CFO) /** **Assistant Financial Controller(AFC)**

**Required Experience**:
**(CFO) **: 12+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, and out of which minimum 5 years' experience should be at CFO or similar position in FMCG Industry.

(**AFC)** : Minimum 5 years in Accounts and Finance and costing Dept. of a manufacturing company.

**Required Qualification**:
**(CFO) **: CA is highly desirable / CFA / CMA / ICWA

(**AFC)**: CA is highly desirable / CFA / CMA / ICWA

**Preferable Age**:
**(CFO)**:35 yrs. to 45 yrs.

(**AFC)**:32 yrs. to 35 Yrs.

**Pay Scale**:
**(CFO)**: 30 - 40 LPA CTC

**(AFC)**:12 - 15 LPA CTC

**Job Location**: Bharuch, Gujarat

What is expected of you...

**Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Driving Revenue and cost management through better analytics and focus upon profitability of the organization.
- Manage all accounting operations including Cost accounting, Inventory accounting.
- Co-ordinate and prepare budget and forecast and report variance. Adjusting the company's accounting system to the company's budget, and performing periodic tracking of Actuals vs. Budget.
- Lead business finance and support sales, supply chain and production team in projections and conversion, working out the right level of product mix, geography mix etc. including cost optimization plans.
- Management reports - Preparing periodic reports and present to the management. These reports include: Balance sheet, PNL, cash flow and any other required report.

**Skills**:

- Product costings and inventory management
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- English language proficiency (both oral and writing)
- Advancement in knowledge in Tally, Excel.

**Assistant Financial Controller(AFC)**
